Moon Submerged

Are we seeing the reflection of the moon in water as the name suggests or are the watery ribbons thin clouds in the sky? As you wish. I was enjoying the green/blue interaction and imagining how the moon changes our perception of what we are seeing. The moon colors our world whether we notice or not. The painting is about paint and the texture of the paper and color and evocative of the meditation of the act of painting it.
